That is not the only way Gin can manipulate stone – she can make buildings fall, she can even turn herself into “stone” making her skin impenetrable. Some of my favorite parts of the book is when she lays her hand on a stone wall, she can hear the vibrations of it’s inhabitants. In Gin’s case, she is very adept in stone.
